| Last month we went to my brother's house for a Fieldhouse family reunion. Here are some pictures | |
| After that it was Erin's 5th birthday. Pictures are Here. | |
| Finally here is the latest progress on our house. In theory we'll be moving in by the end of this month but we expect that's going to be a bit tight. We're getting there though.... |

The exterior siding has been
finished and the front porch has been poured. There's also been a
lot of work on the interior (the stairs have been installed -- so
our girls are happy that they've been able to see their soon to be
rooms) so we're slowly getting there. You can find more photos Here.

There's been quite a bit of progress on the house lately, most of it invisible
in photographs. The electrical system has been roughed in along with the
security system and the conduit for the eventual home network. Plumbing is
also being roughed in this week. Here are some early pictures of the siding going up and some more recent ones.

I stopped by the house afterwork last night and took some more photos of the house. This gets everyone fairly current with the house project.

Here is a collection of first floor photographs. With the posting the web site is somewhat up to date. As I write this on May 4, the second floor joists and deck and about half of the shell have been installed. I'll probably get more photographs either tomorrow or on the weekend.

We're building a
house in the Ballston Lake/Burnt Hills area. At this
point, the first floor of the house has been Framed. Here are some
photos of the early clearing and construction process. I'll be posting
more photos of the building process shortly.

After nearly eight years in Seattle, we're heading home. Keith's accepted a job with Simmetrix a small software development company in Half Moon (not too far outside of Albany). We're very excited to be able to return to an area that means a lot to us and, most importantly, to be close to our families. Updates here at fieldhouses.net have been pretty sparse of late -- we've been pretty focused on setting up the opportunity to move back east -- but we'll try to keep our web site updated with our progress. Our e-mail addresses will continue to work throughout (thought during the move we won't have easy access to the Internet) and we'll be staying with Linda's parents immediately after arriving in Albany while we look for a house.

We all headed out to Remlinger Farms a couple of
weeks ago. Remlinger Farms is a visitor oriented "farm" that has a bunch
of old carnival rides and food and what not that's a lot of fun to visit
in the fall. There aren't a lot of pictures of Maureen becuase she spent
most of the day happily watching from a backpack on Dad's back while Mom
and Erin tried out the rides. Here
are some photos

We had the good fortune to spend a lot of time with
our familys at the end of this summer. First, Keith's mom came out for a
few days on her way to meet up with Keith's Dad in Montanna. Then Linda's
mom and stepdad came to visit for two weeks. There are some photos of
these visit's hereThen
we all flew out east to spend a week in Albany (photo's here) and finally we spent a
week in a cabin we rented on Moose Pond. The Maine photos can be found
here
